Energies names two COOs, the Implementers!

Energy Lawyer Nizer C. Rosales has been appointed Chief Operating Officer as of September 1, 2023 for Energies Global Data. He continues as Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Compliance, and Assistant Corporate Secretary of parent Energies PH, Inc. He will implement Tier III Edge Green Data Center projects.

Anthony John B. Santos will be COO for Energies PH, Inc. An Electrical Engineer with live achievements in EPC in power plants, he will implement the Companies’ Natgas power plant projects nationwide.

He will pursue 1.2 GWp Solar power projects in addition to the Companies’ opportunities for 500 MWp of solar farms, subject to positive determination to proceed. He will be under the CEOship of Lawyer-CPA Christian M. Calibo who is presently taking up MS in Energy and Sustainability at Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering in Evanston, IL.

Both Nizer and Aj have more than 20 years of combined experience in Energy projects, and are committed to uphold the principles of the Companies’ “The Value of the Firm,” i.e.,

“The Plan-Do-Check-Act (P-D-C-A) cycle, or the Walter Andrew Shewhart cycle; and step-by-step improvements built-in by adopting the appropriate quality control wheel Standardise-Do-Check-Adjust (S-D-C-A) cycle of W. Edwards Deming towards process improvement through kaizen. This signals the beginning of standardization or the setting of standards of performance across-the-board through all (our) functional areas.”
