UN SDG Summit 2023 to be held in New York in September
The UN 2023 Sustainable Development Goals will be held on September 18-19 2023 in New York. According to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres “The SDG Summit in September must be a moment of unity to provide a renewed impetus and accelerated actions for reaching the SDGs.” With high-level political direction on transformative and accelerated activities up until 2030, it will usher in a new era of rapid progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals. It will address the effects of the numerous and interconnected crises that the globe is currently experiencing and is anticipated to rekindle optimism, enthusiasm, and hope for the 2030 Agenda.
